I created Bernard Counseling with the goal of helping people create a better relationship with their thoughts, their feelings, and with the difficult things they have and are experiencing in life.
Over 15 years of professional experience has seen me stepping into the hardest chapters of people's lives and offering a guiding hand to lead them towards acceptance, peace, and balance.
I myself value logic and reason and so have crafted a practice that blends practical tools and insights with the compassion and acceptance often necessary for growth and healing.
