Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) combined with other evidenced-based therapy methods allows me to help people struggling with:

  • Difficulty falling asleep

  • Difficulty staying asleep

  • Waking too early

  • Worry or racing thoughts at night

  • Nightmares

  • Anxiety and worry about sleep
