You may be the person who handles things, thinks ahead, keeps the peace, and tries to do things “right.” But when anxiety, chronic stress, panic, mood changes, or insomnia start taking over, the same strengths that helped you function can start feeling exhausting. 

In my practice, I specialize in working with the analytical, logical problem solvers and the people pleasers and perfectionists. I often work with adults who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, frustrated by their emotions, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together.

My goal is to help you build a better relationship with your thoughts and emotions and reconnect with what is most important to you.

I also offer CBT-I for insomnia as a stand-alone treatment or as part of therapy for anxiety, stress, burnout, or other concerns.

I blend practical, science-based tools with warmth, honesty, and compassion. My style is straightforward, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to create a shame-reducing space where you can better understand what is happening, build skills that actually fit your life, and feel more steady and in control.
