Emotional Health & Resilience
Emotional health is not about feeling calm or happy all the time. It is about being able to understand yourself, respond to stress more effectively, cope with difficult emotions, and stay connected to your values even when life feels complicated.
Many adults come to therapy because they are not in a full crisis, but they know something feels off. They may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, reactive, stuck, self-critical, or unsure how to navigate the stressors in their life. Others come to therapy because they want to strengthen coping skills, improve self-awareness, and build more resilience for the future.
Therapy can provide a grounded space to better understand what you are experiencing and develop healthier ways of responding to yourself, your emotions, and the challenges in your life.
My Approach
My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT-informed skills, self-compassion work, and communication strategies to help clients better understand their patterns and make meaningful changes.
I work to create a shame-reducing environment where my clients can make meaningful change and growth.
